Cross Race - October 23rd

The Wednesday night cross race is at the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence tonight. I went last week and it was surprisingly fun and very forgiving for those of us (ie me) who lack the experience or skill for this type of activity. If you are available to come the race starts at 5:30.
Hopefully the regular Cross types can chime in on the actual meeting/race spot...
