Le tour de Disaster....

This sounds worthwhile, and interesting, maybe a little bit weird. But certainly of appeal to those who would want to use their bikes as a way to help beef up Victoria's emergency preparedness.
But carrying 12 litres of water? Dude, I did the Whistler Grandfondo on one and a half bottles--what's a guy to do with 12 litres of water? Being more of a 'causing disasters' than a 'responding to disasters' type, I'm probably not the demographic they're looking for but I bet some of you think the idea is sound and will.
