Tripleshot Cycling

I will leave it to the actual leaders to post about but the word on the street is that our second annual Women's Clinic (under the inspired leadership of our own Jen Erlendson) got started with much fanfare and with another crop of around THIRTY women!!! With a bunch of real quality Ride Leaders (also all women!!) this annual event is making real change in the peleton. Chapeau Ladies!!

So to all of you out there with a mom or sister or wife (so thats exactly 100% of you!) maybe encourage them to come out as well. I hear the first Intro night at the Western Speedway is April 22 what could be a better time than then to bring the rest of the ladies out ....

I'd like to acknowledge the amazing leaders we have this year, most who are involved with TS in one form or another - Deb, Kate, Brenna, Glenowyn, Barb & Jennie Aitken. I've been overwhelmed with their talents beyond just bikes, from communications and facilitation to passion and initiative!

Monday's session was a great success as the riders began their progression with individual handling skills and riding with a partner. Moving up to drafting & pacelines next week! There are THIRTY women out again this year who will be pushing comfort zones & gaining exposure to the fun & diversity of cycling!
