Today was so much fun! Thanks to Lister for organizing us and shaking up our routine, to all the riders and to my amazing team. If you didn't get to witness Eric BLOW us all away .. too bad, it was amazing! After a great team effort of getting us around the corner in first place (Alan Cassels - well done!) and then Jim taking off .... (okay, so I lost a wheel.. but my foaming mouth to try and catch Jim counts for something - sorry for the spray ... and Geoff hollering to Eric to go for it.. and Eric was so amazing.. wow, that it what it is all about!
Oh ya, and I learned a lot too! After every sprint we did a little analysis of what went on and what to do better the next time.
I love team sports and I love cycling and now I get how the two can be combined. Cool!
