Hey Roland, keep the GPS data coming! What are you using? A Garmin? Which model? After today's rolling grimace-fest, gotta know - does it have a lactic acid indicator??
Was inspired to change my avatar by the course profile. Look, perogy cats joined at the hip..

I've got a Garmin Edge 305. No lactic acid indicator, but the heart rate is a somewhat good indicator of that.
