WTB: Track bike

Hi everyone,
I have recently been invited to the 2013 Cycling Canada senior track development camp in Los Angeles. I am now looking to build or buy a Track bike for the camp. Any parts would be greatly appreciated even if its just to borrow for the camp. Some things im looking for: Bars(drop and pursuit), stem, frame 54/56 and fork, wheels, crank, and gears
o Chainrings: 47, 48 , 49, 50.
o Cogs: 13, 14, 15, 16
Any help is greatly appreciated,
