Wednesday LSD

FYI anyone looking for a long ride ~100kms I am heading out 6am from Cook St Starbucks out the ferry along waterfront and back the other side of the airport. Pace is ~27+ kph. HR below 145 is the goal no stopping for coffee until the end.
