Tripleshot Cycling

Meet at Cook Street Bucky's at 6:00am. Depart 6:10am after a quick shot. Cook-Blenkinsop-Cordova-Sayward, around Elk Lake to West Saanich, back along Royal Oak, and then the usual Friday route until we meet and join the regular Sunday ride near the Oak Bay Marina. Clocks in at somewhere around 100km by the end and you're still done in plenty of time for church. Or coffee.

May have to alter the route on Sunday with the Royal Victoria Marathon on beach drive up until it doubles back in the uplands.........
