Monday 430 cross workout at Margaret Jenkins?
Some of the juniors missed yesterday's cross workout and would like to do a makeup today. Need one more to make a relay drill work. Any ability is fine. Anyone want to sprint around a field and leap on and off your bike? Text me at 250 882 5420
