Teamwork in junior women's worlds:
Notice how important the team mate was to the win:

We saw some pretty good team work on today's u16 ride (and actually only u13's today). First of all everyone contributed to the plan, and some cool drills, including a 2 lap CornerFest itt in a double cul de sac on ten mile point. And a little stair descending, because it is cross season after all.
Then three people helping with Thomas's flat. But the capper was an amazing team time trial (Pharma Loto world champs, you listening?) with all five riders pulling from Caddy Bay hill to King George. And best of all, everyone encouraging each other.
Sage, Thomas, Cameron, Lockie, Ethan, you guys rock. (Sorry but it was just guys. Girls, we missed you.)
