Saturday June 16, even longer!

This will be my last hard ride before the Ryder ride on June 24 (Tour of Victoria). Same game as least week but riding the full 140K route. I plan on leaving Cook Street Starbucks at 6 sharp. Last week we had 19 start out and 5 finish the planned 120, many others turning off at different points due to time constraints, like some dog needing to be fed before noon or something like that!
If you are concerned about the pace, we did just under 28k/hr last Saturday, at the coffee shop by 10:30. There are points where we wait up for folks or turn around and pick up riders doing there best up some of the more challenging hills. We try to keep everyone together, no drop. We hope to be at Discovery Coffee on Menzies by 11 or shortly after.
