Just a friendly reminder that unless you have actually joined Tripleshot for 2012 you wont be able to get a gear order in. Its easy to join - see the link on the website at www.tripleshotcycling.com and only costs $20 (plus go get yourself insured with Cycling BC).

If you have already ordered / paid but are not a member we are happy to refund your $ but its probably better to join up today...after all why else would you want the gear???

I might be confused. If I paid $20 in Aug or Sept is this good for a year, or was I supposed to pay $20 again in Jan? Not a big deal, but just thought I would be on the list.

I do believe the club fees run from Jan 1st till Dec. 31st. So your payment last year was for the remainder of 2011.

I'm sure the exec. will correct me if I'm wrong.

Eric has it right. $20 membership fee covers all or part of the calendar year that you pay it in. Act now and you can get your money's worth - say three rides a week, nine months left in the year, that's 108 rides - $0.18/ride. What club offers better rates than that?

No argument on value - just uninformed. All paid up for 2012 and looking forward to getting my money's worth. Cheers.

just a reminder that to do it all you need to sign up for 2 different things:

1. sign up as a member of Triplshoit cycling via CCN here:

2. Get yourself insurance (Associate Membership, Citizen Licence or UCI licence) via Cycling BC (also purchased via CCN) here: https://reg.ccnbikes.com/licensing/cbc

so you really need to join 2 things: Tripleshot AND Cycling BC.

Sorry for the confusion, I am afraid there isnt an easy way to get it all done in one foul swoop.
