Hi Again TripleShot!

I'm glad to be here as a sponsor for TS riders.

To get things rolling I'm going to put on a FREE outdoor introduction to TRX training and a full body boot camp session workout (TS Members).

TRX is body weight suspension training using a strap and anchor system, your body supplies the resistance. These work outs are for every level as YOU determine the intensity ! We will focus on proper posture for each exercise to facilitate proper neuromuscular firing.
