Hi. Anyone interested in a little extra distance Sunday? 6 AM at Cook St Village Starbucks for a quick espresso and depart shortly after 6. The pace is usually fairly easy, sort C or C+. See you then.

Hmm... slow and early on a weekend? Sounds perfect! I could even get back home for Spurs v. United, 8:00 kickoff.
