Evan selected to national team training camp

Kudos to Evan for being selected to a national team training camp in LA on the indoor velodrome there, (following in Gillian Carleton's footsteps?). The camp will be in April just before a team goes to the Pan American junior track championships in Guatemala. It's not clear yet how selection for that event will work, but it's recognition that they want to look at him some more and help his development.

Evan made a big effort to train and make it to trial events at Burnaby. He made attempts on the qualifying time on three separate days, and set pbs in 200m and 500m on three separate occasions, though just missing the 2000m qualifying time. Apparently the CCA noticed he's fast and getting faster.
