I'm looking for a site or torrent to download Tacx Trainer software 3.0 for free preferably.
Does anyone know of such a place?

No and I don't condone such activity. However it's possible that you can finds teh warez at a place like this:
http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=tacx - obviously bike trainer software isn't exactly mainstream so you won't find lots of copiez or seederz.
I'm thinking about getting the Galaxia rollers.
