Sunday ride

Re: Sunday ride
Not exactly the ride I was expecting, but great nonetheless. As Brian said, we should do Willis Road, Millstream and Munns more often. I am curious about elevation and distance too - but don't have permission to view your data Marcus.

I put the lock symbol on unlock. Hopefully that works.

Re: Sunday ride
I would like to do this route next Sunday, if you are doing it again.
Re: Sunday ride
I'll have to second that. I was expecting a nice cruise around lands end. From Wallace, we threw in what was to be a quick out and back up Willis point road, but one of our group lost sight of the rest and mistakenly turned onto Ross Durrance road into Mt. Work. In adherence to the Tripleshot "no drop" code of conduct, we followed. Eventually tracked him down but by then the damage was done. I was out of both food and water and limped home a beaten man. It was horrible.JohnT wrote:Not exactly the ride I was expecting
Who's in for next week?

Re: Sunday ride
Speaking of limping home broken, I have traumatic memories of that route.
That was the saturday sufferfest route for several weeks last spring, minus the hill at island view, and we would head back over to west saanich on prospect lake and race all the way to the end of interurban. 108km from the coffee shop to interurban finish line.
It's a great route until you have to do it full gas the whole way with Ryan C trying to drop you. Then, to quote sylvan, it gets very, very terrible.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Re: Sunday ride
I was wondering if there is some way or even if there is any interest in setting up some sort of spreadsheet for our rides where one person from each group posts the stats with columns like:
Date Group Distance Ride Time Avg Speed Elevation Gain
Jan 8 Open 110.8 K 4:10 27 K/Hr 3,560 ft
Is this desirable and doable?

Easiest way would probably be a google doc where everyone can edit it.I was wondering if there is some way or even if there is any interest in setting up some sort of spreadsheet for our rides where one person from each group posts the stats with columns like:
