Yah, I think somebody posted that last year sometime. It's good. At 1:38 starts the maddest Eurobeats and the echelon rotation is being practiced well by the boys. My former Eastern Bloc coach Dieter would make us ride on such days and on all other days when it was not suitable to ride out of doors. On nice days we would ride the rollers indoors facing the wall for many hours. It is done this way in Europe which is why they dominate the cycle sport.
