I woke up at 5:10 and thought about heading out, but when I tried to move... No. Oak Bay ride it was. I said to Ramsey that a Sunday ride might be what I need to ease the transition back into the 6:00 am routine. I think I can make 7:20 tomorrow, then fingers crossed for Tuesday. I got to lead out Adam for the sprint win today, that was cool. Last time I tried to lead him out was at Caleb in the last 'B' race of 2010 and I blew it, haha.
