Junior member seeking work

Liam (16) is looking for work. He's in grade 11 at Oak Bay, french immersion, A student. Outside school hours, and sport practice times if possible. Motivated; has to pay for a new mountain bike and a ski trip with school. 
Re qualifications, he has done the first half of his lifeguard training, volunteers with a school charity raising funds for a hospital in Uganda, has done several construction labouring jobs, is decent with tools (makes skateboard decks for friends), leaf raking, car washing, house cleaning (he does the vacuuming at home alternating with his sister), can clean a bathroom decently. Good babysitter. Guitarist and beginning pianist, but light on performing experience if you're thinking kid's birthday parties. But he can jam with our adult amateur friends. Never done tutoring, but I can see him doing it. We have some garden tools he can bring.
