Who is in? Looks like it will be dry and cool.

I propose winter rules: keep it comfortable till Matticks, keep it together till Sidney, then decide from there. The last several rides we have kept all together throughout. Last week we (all 3 of us) continued around Lands End instead of turning left on West Saanich which makes for a flatter, easier route.
