Indoor trainer for 5 weeks?

Hi all:
Our Liam has just had his foot confirmed as broken by an xray yesterday. He's keen to keep his fitness up for the end of season in soccer, and says he'd like to try a trainer on his road bike. Anyone got one they're not using that he could use until he's back on his feet (foot)?
If there's two, I might get that a ride with him, even if it's not quite what I had in mind...
