I'm still learning the cast of characters around here and am concerned that I might say, <blonde>"In!"</blonde> only to find myself dragging my sorry backside up Goldstream Heights while the rest of you sit at the top, snickering and plotting a way to get to Observatory Hill and Mount Newton by way of Finlayson Arm Road. Averaging 40 km/h.

Parameters, please?

Excellent question, Kate - as to parameters (I'm trying to get in a bit of training to "do" the Gran Fondo as opposed to "race" or "crush" the Gran Fondo) my preference is for a healthy distance with a couple of hills but not the mountain madness or hammerfest style of ride. I'm just looking to hang with the pack and finish!
