That was a great day! Thanks to Kim/Jo, the Ullrich clan, Peter L and everyone at OBB who supported, helped out,and dragged various foggy and wet then hot and tired bodies along the route. Loved the route, and really surprised how good the road quality towards Renfrew turned out to be. After desperately hanging onto the back of a group through the climbs out of Renfrew (and then dropped on 'that hill') I got to honour our Ironman Canada guys by soloing and cramping the last 35 km. Still surfing endorphins and tasting the burger and sausage.

A ride definitely worth including in the portfolio under long/hard and an event to support in the future.
