One last wild and crazy ride before the Whistler Fondo? Saturday Sept 3. Do the climb then maybe stay for some distance or do the climb again? This will then give us one week to recover and rest before the big show!!

Brad, the Ridge will feel like a piece of cake after Saturday's ride!

I bet. The Ridge is 5200 feet from sea-level. I skipped the Goldstream return, along with Kevin and Simon and we still managed 7700 vertical feet over 126 km for the day. You guys must have hit close to 9,000 vertical gain?
When are you riding the Ridge? I'm racing this weekend at the track, so won't be doing anything epic, other than trying to podium in the Keirin.
