Does this mean no ttt? Its all good, i'm riding up anyway, will just volunteer or something.

no it just means you guys ride the TTT tired if you do it. You have a team name and everything - dont go throwing it all away. Mixed teams work, small teams work, teams put together 30' before the start work - its such a fun event you dont want to miss it - and I am not just saying that ask around.

TTT is Sunday (I'll be there). Hills are Saturday. Only a few more weeks of training before Whistler so I gotta get in some more vertical.

I'm with Peter, if you go hard on hills Saturday, or any hard ride Saturday, you'll not have the freshest legs on Sunday. Do ride Saturday, but do a light spin, with maybe a handful of jumps. The pros ride everyday in le Tour, but that doesn't mean each day they are at their best. You're not a pro. Neither am I...

Unless you're the strongest guy on your team already, maybe rest Saturday, then ttt, then ride home?

Some of us were talking about doing Mountain Madness next Saturday the 27. Munns, Finlayson, Malahat up and back to South Shawnigan Lake, Goldstream Heights, back up Finlayson, Munns, Prospect Lake Road, Observatory and coffee!

About 125 to 130 K in 5 hours of riding time or so. A really cool ride to do two weeks before the fondo!

....or, you can race in the BC Masters hilly road race at Lake Cowichan on Saturday, August 27. See you there. I'll have space in the 4Runner for anyone wanting a ride.

I am up for some madness on the 20th if anyone is still going, can't do the TTT.

I'm going to do the regular ride tomorrow from Cook st. Madness postponed till next week for me. Hope you can come out then Andrew.
