next Group Cycling Skills Course August 29, Sept 1 and 4

Monday Thursday and Sunday 6-7:30 am, Beacon Hill Park and Windsor Park

Who's it for? Anyone who wants to do group rides. It's drills and skills to get used being close to others, how to draft and to lead someone drafting you, and how to corner with a group.

The skills all come from racing, but are selected and presented about riding with others safely. You should have these skills before you ride with a group or race.

Doing the first two sessions then, and the third later is fine. I just ask people not to miss sessions then jump in. The three sessions are progressive, IE the first session prepares you for the second etc.

I think it's Beacon Hill by the petting zoo at 6am. That's where Simon and I are heading.

Yes, Beacon Hill 6:00 am, by the petting zoo parking lot. Bring an extra layer if it's cool; this session is a bit less exercise than the next two.

The next session is also there, but the third session is at Windsor Park.

If anyone has access to a printer and could bring an extra set of forms along I'd really appreciate it...I didn't think about the forms until late last night, and I don't have a printer at home!

I'm so sorry Lister, I can't make it out this morning. My light's battery is completely dead, plus I don't have the forms ready I didn't realize it's so dark out now!
