Gotta say, I'm lovin' the new life that seems to have been breathed into the A rides the last couple weeks. Guaranteed dose of morning pain.
This morning was more of the same, although a bit more civilized on the earlier sprint laps. Unfortunately had to bail before the end of the beacon laps as I had to be home by 7:15.
Thanks to all the "new'" regulars who've been coming out lately, Mr W and crew, Andrew, Tony. Nice to see Steve and Shawn representing the backpack brigade this morning too.

Re: the new "tri-harder" A ride format
Bit of a shocker learning from Josh who the new guys are this morning, made for a great 'guess who I rode with today' story at breakfast...
What a blast it is trying to hang on for as long as you can. On last Friday I made it to lap 2, today was a bit more manageable, and together with not sprinting in the box and a heroic gap closing by new Jeff managed to hang on to the end.
