Brenna and Alex in the TT

Brenna and Alex rode their first time trials Tuesday at Sidney. The prospect of BC tt champs has caught Brenna's imagination; she's rounded up aero-bars from Barton, had a fitting for a TT position with Barb Bialokoz, and convinced Alex to come out of exam hibernation and ride.
Good results too: Out of 12 rides in the TT this year in their age category, they have the top 2 times, 29:58 and 30:13, though Alex got dq'd for straying out of the cones on a corner.
When asked what she thought, Alex said: "It's mental!".
Truer words were never said....

Lister...
If Alex wants to try out some aero bars, I'd be willing to loan her a set.

Thanks John. I'll accept on her behalf. Her bars are the newer 32ish mm standard (vs 26ish). Clamps ok for that? She's away for about a week after 3:00 pm today. Any chance I could get them before then so she and her dad can play around with them while she's away?

Also the first night for photos to be taken this season so great timing to be out this week. This is a great resource to check your position on the bike.

Thanks for that Jenn.
Ack. Alex rode the TT in her small ring.
