Note to John D; it was nice chatting with you on my Saturday ride. I was the 49 year old on the stealth black shimano 7800 zipp 303 Orbea Orca (perhaps file this under, the bike does not make the rider folder!). Thank you John for the info on Tripleshot Cycling.
If there is well roasted espresso coffee involved before or after a ride, i am in.

Welcome aboard. It was great to have someone to ride with after finishing the Hilly Saturday route. Didn't see you out this morning...perhaps Friday? There are usually enough people to warrant A, B and C groups.

Re: This Sunday's Ride...Is this a no drop ride with B, C group attendees. What is the meet time and route details.
The plan is ride my legs off this summer, so i can compete in the 6 Island Series cyclocross races for the first time. Just starting to prepare for this. I have the cx bike, next is to find a clinic being offered on how to dismount, technique, etc.
Max heart rate, suffering, mud...sounds like fun actually!
