Tripleshot Cycling

A good group and dry, light conditions made for a great ride today. The biggest Saturday group I have seen, we must have been about 12 people, many of which joined on route.

We stayed as one group till Sidney, doing a nice steady pace line from Island View, then Ryan, Shaun, Neil, Tony and maybe one or two other fast guys went ahead to Lands end while the rest (John T, other tall John, 'old' Dylan, Alan, Geoff, Hugh, Fredrick and I) took a quick pee break then Wain Road, West Saanich, Wallace etc.

The fast and long group caught the rest of us just after the sprint on Interurban.

Back home by 9.

Really ride today.... good pace. Thanks again everyone.

That was awesome. I was really surprised that I could stick with it for the whole way. I had us at 33.6 km/hr from Cook St. Starbuck's to the end of the Interurban sprint. 95 km door to door for me - not a bad start to the weekend.
