Newton Heights Sunday April 3
Who's racing? Upgrade points are available for the race. For those who haven't done newton heights, you won't have to worry about a slow pace and no one falling off the peleton. There is a small, low grade hill in the course that usually breaks things up a little.
I'm in for the B race. Be nice to have as many team mates out as Latoria.

I'll be there.
Re: Newton Heights Sunday April 3
I plan to be there for the A race. Maybe Sylvan won't run into 'difficulty' getting a pink ribbon this time 'round.
Adam, Dylan?

Anybody thinking of moving up to A might want to wait a week. Word on the street is Rob Britton will be out to tear some legs off.RyanC wrote:I plan to be there for the A race. Maybe Sylvan won't run into 'difficulty' getting a pink ribbon this time 'round.
compete: 1620, from Fr. compéter "be in rivalry with"

Epic. Give em heck, or whatever. I'm a maybe for Newton. I would definitely race 'B' this time, as should probably all UCI-licensed cat 4's in the club, since it's a points race.AdamD wrote:im racing the spring series stage race
9 am, Switch Bridge for the 10:30 start? I think it's a bit longer getting out there.

Kick @ss, Adam! Get someone to film your conquest! Think about Racing the Ridge in May.

It will be nice to have Rob school those A boys. I can't foresee suffering more than I did at Latoria so it's all good....Rob Britton will be out to tear some legs off

I'll be in if I can work out some child care.
Re: Newton Heights Sunday April 3
Kevin,
Bring the kids. If they're really young, I might even be able to bring a baby-sitter - my 11 yr old daughter Clare. She's taken the course (mom's like tp hear these things).

Probably in but to ensure that I fully embarrass myself I will likely start out with the regular Sunday ride.
Re: Newton Heights Sunday April 3
I'm assuming it's the usual 10:30 am start? If so, I cannot make it. Rugby and Field Hockey to attend. When the Wednesday niter's start up I'll be out...

Yes, we usually meet there, across the street from the mall, before up-island or Westshore rides like the High Mountain Holiday rides or the Tour de Ryder ride we did on Thursday.RyanC wrote:Cool. Which one? In the Mall or the one on Alpha? Alpha's nicer.

Sorry cant make it this week, which is really too bad. Have fun.
The day I quit is the day I die, and probably not even then.
