I am tentatitvely planning to race the Aldergrove Lake park course Sunday on the Mainland. It's a great course, rain or shine, and really gives you a context in which to set training goals. I will drive and if the TS team can again chip in 1/3, I only need one brave soul to come over with me. Same plan as last time: 6:00am ferry over, 3pm return. No time change this time.
