That is a disgrace. Not slammed, non-negative rise, that is a fredly dentist's gran fondo special right there.
Check out Ryder Hesjedal's 2011 training rig. He slams so hard he needs a -23 degree track stem. This was taken after his Strade Bianche recon last week:
