Here is a video from last week's big $ race down in Florida won by Canadian Mark Ledo (Bronze Medalist UCI 2010 World Championships - Road Race). Its worth watching to see a few things including an impressive crash. Also take note of the 2 different "styles" of bike - the Kneeler and teh Recumbent. Traditionally Kneelers are the fastest bikes out there and ridden by the athletes with the most function. So for Mark to win is ...spectacular!
