No chance! Doesn't look like it'll get above freezing 'til Thursday sometime. I just went running for an hour. Just commuted home, not advised even if it's only 4.3 km, but I didn't fell like walking or taking the bus. Slow and steady like I usually ride, with no falls. Motorists seemed more respectful than normal. Saw six other cyclists out there, and one scooter. Hardest part was the wind gusts. Not even Lister could change his jacket in those conditions.

Would anybody be into meeting at the crystal pool at 5:50 tomorrow for an hour workout in lieu of the ride? We could go for coffee afterwards.
They've got 13 spin bikes up on the mezzanine and down in the circuit room, 7 of them are the new keiser m3's with power meters. Very nice to ride. All sorts of other fitness equipment if you want to mix it up. I think it's $5.50 for a drop in.
Let me know if anyone might be into that. Otherwise I'm riding my spin bike at home in the morning.

Hi I was thinking of going swimming at crystal in a.m. so if I do I will be there about 5;45 for a "bike ride" although this will depend on roads in a.m. AND I RODE TODAY. Got on my CX bike about 11a.m. rode downtown from Ross bay area, did some banking, shopping etc. and back home. I felt Hard -core. Didn 't fall off and avoided the cars. Thanks to 3shot for influencing my interest in Cx and of course the need for just one more bike!!! pc

Alex, jj12 and other tripleshoters..Good to see you out Tuesday morning. We had a great ride and coffee after. Next time i hope Josh and I can keep up with you. You were so fast we hardly saw you. See you Wednesday for some hills....seriously any one going to ride to a coffee shop Wed a.m. ,about 7a.m ??? Pure Vanilla. maybe inside? pc
