Mark Ford update and reminder Re:Carbon Forks

Thank you all for your kind messages for my speedy recovery from my accident. My cuts and bruises have healed. The effects of the concussion are now less and my neck fractures are healing. Life is good.
Below is a photograph of my damage bike. I am told I hit a rock, the size of a fist, and then I went down. I have no memory of the accident, so I can't ascertain if the rock caused the fork failure or the failure was a result of the crash. May I encourage all TSC members to check their carbon frames/forks for wear and/or cracks. In particular check the headset for wear or looseness as this can also cause the front fork failure.
I look forward to riding again with TSC in the New Year.
