Just got word that tomorrow nights session has been canceled.

If anyone has ideas for an alternative practice or ride throw some suggestions out there.

We could always do the Hillbilly Cross Loop (bring lights!). Or we could play follow the leader at Beacon Hill. Or...

Thoughts?

I'll only have my single speed, but I'd be up for something as long as not too much distance is involved. I think we have some cones, so we could set up a mini course.

If you do the Hillbilly loop you might want to cut out the Thetis section. Before dawn there shouldn't be anyone using the trails, before sunset there will be much more use of the prior/thetis/francis king sections. Technically there are no bikes allowed in Thetis Lake Park so at best you'll get an ear full, at worst you'll take out a runner or a dog.

I'm out for tomorrow (no lights and I'll just get dropped in follow the leader). I promise to practice some skillz instead.

I'm in for something, hopefully with a good 45 minutes of hard anaerobic included

Gavin and I are meeting at pareto at 4:45. Warm up ride for 45 minutes or so to Beacon Hill. Then, we'll figure out a loop around behind the petting zoo and hammer around that for 45 minutes.

Anybody who wants to is welcome to join at Pareto or at Beacon Hill.

I'm hoping to show up at Beacon Hill, depending on my mechanical (in)ability to get new brake pads on.

Perhaps the majority of the 45min anaerobic for Josh can occur on the ride to the park?!?!

Some of the trails in Thetis Lake Park are "cycling trails". Some aren't.

Still not a good idea to take out a runner or a dog though. Or a horse for that matter.
