Cross practice Wed 4:45 South Park school

A few of us will be doing some basic cyclocross practice before the Wednesday training session at 5:45. It will be basic dismounts and remounts, and carries. Here's something like what it will look like:

If it's dry, you can do this session on a road, cross, or mountain bike. (Might be slippery on wet grass on slicks). Come try it for some fun-in-a-potentially-embarassing-but-agility-building-way, then come and watch the training session at Beacon Hill park.

4:45 or 5:45?

For those that haven't heard:

So for this Wednesday, due to fading daylight we’ll meet up a little earlier for some quality bike practice.

We will make a triumphant return to a classic venue: the "public park or pleasure ground known as Beacon Hill", which, according to Goe. A. Walkem, since 1882, has been "set apart and reserved out of the Crown Lands of the Province for the recreation and enjoyment of the public."

So, public, you can only come out if you are willing to recreate and enjoy it.
Please meet up no earlier than 5:45pm on the Petting Zoo side of the "pleasure ground" known as Beacon Hill Park.

This is different than the underground event. It's so the juniors and any others who want to come can practice some dismounts in the same outing, but not at the ride venue, as the organizers don't want us there so soon. So, we're meeting nearby on a school field at 4:45 where I know they have some rough patches where we won't do any harm. Then go over to Beacon after.
