Hey all of you parents!
Would you like your kids to get fit in a playful and fun way? The CrossFit gym we go to is starting to run sessions for kids. As a kick-off and introduction to CrossFit for kids, they are organizing a BBQ at the gym this Sunday, 22 August from 11am-3pm. The kids will be allowed to play in the gym under the supervision of some coaches and the adults will chill out at the BBQ. Here is some info about the event:

All kids age 3+years up to teens are welcome to take part in the fitness and fun portion. If you don't know what CrossFit is, have a look at this kids specific website: http://www.crossfitkids.com/ or at the adult website: http://www.crossfit.com/
Ian and me will be at the BBQ to socialize and watch the kids having fun. If you are interested and have any questions, let me know.
