Hey TSC "the coffee club with a cycling problem" Monday August 2, being a holiday for all of you that work in normal jobs[unlike me] I'm going to do one of my 80 to 120 km rides to Metchosin and Sooke via Esquimalt Lagoon[nice hill there' which A type racers could do,oh maybe 3 times] then full loop of Metchosin, stop at East Sooke store, up Gillespie, about 5km to Sooke then...usually I ride on Goose and come out at Sooke potholes road, but could stay on the road for those that have bikes more expensive than mine, coffee in sooke, back via happy valley rd or Metchosin rd and home in time for Symphony Splash if you are so inclined[actually I think its Sunday??] For those doing Nan to Vic in 2 weeks or Vanc to Whistler a longer, slower ride may be good. Start Cook Street Village Star Bucks 7:30 a.m. [sleep in with spouse, kids, cats and dog!! ] regards Paul Christopher

Interested.

Looks a lot like the "Listers' Loop" ride we did last thanksgiving. Just have to throw in the Highlands (Finlayson Arm, Millstream, Munns) on the return trip and you've got it.
