Yes, the permits are in and I have confirmed that we can park at Tradex (we may still end up at Muktiar Packing Plant, but I wanted to make sure that we had somewhere... )

Also, the chief commissaire believes we can safely run a two lap ITT. So warn your guys to taper an extra day

Cost is $45 pre-reg for individuals. $160 for teams (which includes four ITT entries). I'm asking all teams to pre-register so that I can get as much of the start list done prior to the event. I'll let a last minute team in on the day, but they probably wouldn't be able to do both ITT and TTT as they wouldn't have early start times for the ITT.

The official announcements should go out later today or tomorrow.


So lets get our teams arranged for August 29th. First up is the 40k ITT then the 40k TTT. Preregistration will allow those of us doing both to get an early ITT time.

Teams:

2. Team Testosterone - Kim, Barb, Shannon & Rhonda - ??

3. ??? - Dolly, Gleno, ???, ???

Looking for another member to replace Quentin for the TTT.
So far we have: Roland (80% confirmation), Ryan C (confirmed), me (confirmed)

I may be interested in itt or tt . Where is it and what are travel plans??? Is there the equivalent of a C team for guys like me . Is this a masters race? .IF so how about a team of 50 to 59 year olds. Paul C.

I'd love to jump in there if you'll have me. However, if another, higher calibre rider wants to jump in there, I'll find another group to ride with.

Also, Dave Shishkoff is running weekly ITTs on Tuesday nights out in Metchosin if anyone wants to get some extra practice in. Email him at vegantrackie@gmail.com to get info or let him know you're coming.
