Tripleshot Cycling

Quality Tripleshot/IRC long-ish ride today. Me, Ryan, Chris, Rhonda, Kim, Joe. Good route through Mill Bay, Maple Bay, Koksilah, Shawnigan. It was hot so we took three stops for rehydration - Cow Bay, Duncan, Shawnigan. I got a hot dog and slurpee at the last one and I think this is the only thing that got me to the top of the last climb. Ryan exibited style and might in winning maximum KOM points on both Cat 4 climbs.

Wow. 39 degrees with a 30 degree average. Ouch. No wonder I felt hung over Saturday.
