Bow would be on that list if I had actually passed along her form when she gave it to me in May! It's on my bike now to bring next ride.

Most of your ass is already gone. Maybe that's the problem. I think you need diet advice from Sylvan and Rolf to get your strength back. :) Besides, since when were Basques any good at TTT?

Shouldn't we have a bank account? Is the money under your mattress?

yes we have a bank account but its in my name. its an entirely sepaerate account and I keep Rob Mck. (our treasurer) up to date with it. I am hoping to have the club incorporated as a proper Society this summer though so that we can open a bank account in its name etc.

The best option for local cyclists is undoubtedly the 750g glass jar of President's Choice "Chocolate Hazelnut Spread", available for the obscenely low price of $4.99 at the Esquimalt Real Canadian Wholesale Club (no membership required). Don't be fooled by the price and what appears to be a no-name label. This is not some cheap knock-off. This is authentic Euro Nutella, imported from Belgium. I'm not playing silly-buggers here. This is the stuff from which champion Euro cyclists are made and it is available now. I picked up 2 jars this afternoon. This is the unit here: http://www.presidentschoice.ca/LCLOnlin ... uctId=3582 - note that the ingredients listed online differ from those on the current packaging - the product as presently offered does not contain hydrogenated oils. This stuff goes well with everything except bacon - you'll need peanut butter for that.
