We have a few more girls interested in riding with the Oak Bay High group, four if they all can make it. I have invited them to come Friday am to the TS meeting point, but they will probably ride seperately at first. But if you know of any other girls aged 14 to 17, or so, please invite them to come out.

Got another one, five now if they all come out.

At this rate we'll have an A and B group by next week.... :)

Thanks to Eric Simonson, who made an announcement at Oak Bay High about our Oak Bay/Tripleshot girls group. Two more girls have responded, but neither have bikes. Don't know their sizes yet , but any smaller people have older bikes they'd be interested in loaning/renting/selling?

At this rate Rita, we'll fill that women's citizen race next year!

Also, if there are women interested in riding with the girls group Friday am, it would be great to have an example with the right chromosomes for the girls. We'll meet with TS, but ride seperately. Maybe start with us, and jump on the A's as they go by for your workout?

hey Lister, and anyone else who might be lacking a smallish bike to race on : Jasper's is always up for grabs - at least for now until his swim season is over :) It's a small devinci aluminum frame with carbon forks ultegra bits...

Heidi has a 'Pinerello Replica" steel road bike that I am sure she'd be willing to share. It's a small frame. She likes her new Ridley X-Cross and hasn't riden the Pinerello in months. Campy shifters - 8-speed I think. I have to fix a flat, but otherwise it's ready to go.

Thanks Galen and John.

Galen, I hope Jasper is planning on riding it Sunday. Una will kill me if he doesn't!

Thanks also John and Heidi. Are you sure you trust a precious classic steel bike with beginners? How tall is Heidi?
