OK - no more changes to the online gear order thread. If you want to make any last minute changes, send me an email at srpearso@telus.net.

I'm doing the paperwork tomorrow night and it may take a couple of days to get through the order. After the order is done I will not make any more changes.

We are slowly getting the money in for the orders; however, there are some folks sending in cheques but are not members. You need to be a member to get the gear. If you do not register we will be returning your cheque.

Tomorrow I will start to post names on the forum of folks who have not registered, but who have ordered. I would have contacted you directly but hard to tell who is who on the forum as some of you, 300+ folks, like to use aliases.

What is the anticipated time frame for gear arrival?

and, thanks again for your efforts as I know the job gets bigger than anyone ever intends....

If the order was placed tomorrow it would arrive - with luck - about mid June. Once we've collected the money we can place the order, so pass the word to your friends and fellow coffee drinkers to resolve their payment and membership issues as soon as they can.

The latest on the gear order is that we expect it to arrive around June 21st. Will keep you posted.
