I'm most likely out, my back is too messed up for such a long ride. I don't want to say out :(

Have a great ride. Friends are staying with us, and I'm missing tomorrow's ride. Be safe, and may the wind be at your backs!

Yes, we will stop for lunch at the Port Renfrew/Lake Cowichan right turn. Marcus and Nancy will be there to serve food from their VW camper. For those riders who would like to supplement the lunch with some brunch options, I suggest you carry these with you - any one for pancakes and syrup?

Cheers,
Mark

Great ride today! Thanks for an awesome day!
I'm in a real bind...Mark Cranwell has my backpack in his truck which has my keys to my place. So I'm not able to get into my place...is there anyone that can get a hold of him so he can call me on my cell 2508889974

Thanks to everyone who made todays ride possible. It was awesome.
Thanks in particular to Nancy and Marcus and Lyn for the support.
Thanks to everyone in my group who hauled my sorry arse around the BLR.
What a great club!

I drove up-Island yesterday. As I was entering Duncan I saw a sizeable peloton of Tripleshotters steaming south in a tight and fast group. I think I might have squealed—to the annoyance of those who were sleeping in the car. You guys looked pretty awesome! Hope everyone had a fun, safe day. Big chapeau to those who finished the whole loop!

Great ride everyone! a BIG THANKS to my wife Lyn, Marcus and Nancy for the support,
Mark Ford and Paul C for organizing it well done.

Garth look at Strava fly by and see how close you were to getting your bag from us at uptown, everyone else look at it if you want a good laugh.

I have one Mec backpack left in the truck the owner is smarter than Garth as they must have put their house key under a ROCK......

Big thanks to Lyn, Marcus, and Nancy (and the wiener dogs) and to Mark Ford and others who organized. And thanks to all the people I rode with yesterday. Lots of Tripleshot goodness out there on the road and at the rest stops. I love that ride!

Ciao!
Martin

I'd like to add my sincere thanks to everybody involved in the ride. Thanks to Mark and Paul for once again getting the ball rolling and doing the route planning etc.; the various voices offering advice; Lyn, Marcus and Nancy for doing ALL of that driving, preparing and delivering all of the wonderful food and putting up with our desperate inhalation of anything not attached to the van, and finally Garth - kudos for skipping the ferry and adding the Malahat to the end of 220 km and then providing comic relief by locking yourself out of your place.

It was great to have the new faces out and seeing people working together ..... can't wait for next year.

Andrew

P.S. If you find yourself in a group with Lisa and she is encouraging everyone to "hammer" from the top of the Port Renfrew hill to Mesatchie Lake ..... just look the other way and pretend you didn't hear.

What a great ride! Longest ride in a day ever!
I'm kind of proud of myself that I did it to the finish....Thank you Triple Shot for organizing it and doing it. And I wouldn't have done it without our small group of riders who were with me all the way. Thanks guys,
Tom B
