Im riding the 140 as a medic helper. I look forward to seeing everyone, but wont be able to ride in a team/ group.

Thank you to all of the volunteers, especially the Tripleshot ones! There were SOOOO many volunteers and I tried to thank all of them as I went by, but I know I missed a bunch when I was working hard to not get dropped.

What Ann Said!! The volunteers were amazing! You are what make this ride so great to do in our own backyard. So great to see so many volunteers that you know!
I have ridden these same roads so many times but never with so many hundreds of other riders. it was so cool to to be passed by Garth and his group of 160 K riders on Ross Durance! So amazing to be riding and have the chance to chat however briefly with so many other riders from different parts of BC and Canada and other parts.
One of the neatest parts for me was riding right thru the intersection at Elk Lake and Highway 17 on a red light!
Thank you so much to all of the other riders for your encouragement and a very special thank you to the volunteers!!
And congratulations to all the other riders that took part. What a day!
