Hello All

Many thanks for stepping up to volunteer with the Dallas Road TT on Friday June 2 it is so greatly appreciated.
For those who are available to setup, can you be at Clover Point by 4:00pm please?
For those who just wish to marshal, you will need to meet me and Jon Watkin at 5:15pm sharp for a briefing, to get your respective safety vest, sign and if necessary a radio and to confirm the assigned location (I will be sending the location list to all soon). We will need everyone at their spot by 5:50pm at the very latest.

It is recommended that you bring food, bring water, and good standing shoes! Those helping with setup should bring some work gloves.
Last rider is schedule to go at 8:05. It would be great if everybody stayed afterwards to help with teardown.
If anyone is available to help out with Marshalling on Saturday June 3 or Sunday June 4, please let me know so I can forward your names to Jon.

Hello All

I am still 10 people short for the marshalling for this event.
I have emailed all the people who said they would volunteer when they signed up, and so far I have had a 65% response.
It is important that we have sufficient volunteers for this event as the safety of the riders is paramount. Not only that, we receive funding for the club.

To all those who have already volunteered (either on here or via e-mail), I need to know whether you are able to help set up.
Can you please let me know so I can inform the organising committee tomorrow.
