2011 Sponsors

Hi all,

It's time to start thinking about sponsors for 2011, and I've been asked to be the sponsorship relations contact for the club. I am putting together a standardized package of various levels of sponsorship, which I'll then present to various potential sponsors.

Two ACTION ITEMS for those who are interested:
1. If you or your company are a sponsor (or want to be), please let me know and we can arrange transfer of sponsorship fees, getting a digital file of your logo, etc.
2. Rather than starting completely from scratch in soliciting new sponsors, I was hoping that, if anyone has contacts with companies who you think would be a good sponsor for TripleShot, please let me know. We can then decide if/how you might want to put me in touch with them, etc.

There's only a two month lag time between clothing orders. Think of it like those changing billboards at stadiums.

Excellent question, Roland. I've been chatting with Bill about that very issue while we've been basking in the sun and drinking beer in Maui; it helps us think more clearly. He's suggested that it be discussed at the next executive meeting, so we'll hope to have a decision from that.

Obviously, we need to be fair to sponsors and provide them with logo coverage, etc in exchange for the $ they've provided, so we may have to stay primarily with current sponsors for the 2011 series, and start planning now for 2012. We'll keep you posted.

In the interim, if everyone could please continue to send you sponsorship contacts to me, that'd be most appreciated for planning purposes.
